Pre-primary point

According to the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 31 August 2010 on other forms of pre-school education, conditions for the creation and organization of these forms and rules of their operation, the pre-school education can be conducted in forms other than nursery schools and pre-primary sections in primary schools. One of these forms is pre-primary point. In pre-primary point, classes are conducted throughout the school year, except for intervals established by the school governing authority and can be carried out in groups of 3 to 25 children. The decision to create a pre-primary point may be taken by the municipal council after analysing the current state and anticipated needs. According to the Education System Law dated 7 September 1991, other forms of pre-school education are allowed only if justified by demographic and geographical conditions.
