Quantitative food consumption

Quantitative food consumption covers the products purchased by cash, also using payment or credit card, on credit, received free-of-charge and taken from the own business activity (natural consumption). The moment of consumption of foodstuffs is defined as the moment of gaining them by the household. Data of quantitative consumption do not cover food consumed in catering services (canteens at workplaces, bars, restaurants etc.).
